Sustainable Supper Club returns to celebrate the start of summer with an unforgettable evening of food and nature at the beautiful Beth Chatto Gardens.
Begin with a guided after hours tour of the garden, then settle in for a relaxed, three course vegetarian feast crafted by acclaimed Chef Johnny Guselli.
The menu is vegetarian, however if you would prefer a fully vegan option please indicate so as you buy your ticket. Mycotek are passionate cultivators of exotic, gourmet mushrooms for restaurants, caterers and farm shops across the Southeast. They take great pride in sharing the wonderful world of mushrooms with customers, foodies and health enthusiasts alike, showcasing the range of flavours and textures these superfoods can offer. This isn't just an event for veggies and vegans though - our chef will demonstrate just how meaty some mushrooms can be.
Bring a blanket and gather your friends. This open air supper is all about exploring the world of mushrooms, sharing great food, and savouring the season.

Tickets are £65 per person. Must be booked in tables of 2-6 people although you can book separatly.
Locally made wine, matched to the meal, will be available to preorder.
