Thursday 29th May, 6:30pm - 10pm - Spring Supper at Beth Chatto Gardens
Step into spring with a unique evening of food and nature at the iconic Beth Chatto Gardens.
Begin with a rare after hours tour of the gardens as they burst into life, then gather for a seasonal, three course feast prepared by acclaimed chef Johnny Guselli, one of Jamie Oliver's private chefs, known for his bold flavours and deep respect for local and sustainable ingredients.
The menu centres around slow reared Sutton Hoo Chicken and celebrates local produce at its best. Carefully reared in the open fields of Suffolk, Sutton Hoo chickens enjoy a slow, natural life that respects the welfare of the animal and the health of the land resulting in exceptional taste and true sustainability.
